The funeral for Dorothy will be 11:00a.m., Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, 2121 Cedar St., Holt, MI 48842. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday and continue until service time. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Capital Area Humane Society or Dogs for Better Lives.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Faith Lutheran Church, 4515 Dobie Rd., Okemos, MI 48864 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., immediately followed by a memorial service with Rev. Megan Floyd officiating. A graveside service will be held at Coloma Cemetery in Coloma, Michigan on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will immediately follow at Salem Lutheran Church, 275 Marvin St., Coloma, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, the Capital Area Humane Society, Forster Woods Adult Day Center in East Lansing, or the Alzheimer’s Association.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
The Funeral Mass will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 8, 2025, at Cristo Rey Church, Lansing. A private Rite of Committal will take place at a later date. Celebration of life will be held at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Interment will be at Funk’s Grove Cemetery, McLean, Illinois, in the Fall. Sarah’s family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, 325 W. Washtenaw St., Lansing, MI., 48933. Following visitation there will be a procession to Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Lansing for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service. Memorial contributions may be made to her surviving son, David A. Cotton, or to Emanuel First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
The funeral for Linda will be 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Faith Church, 2300 Lake Lansing Rd., Lansing, MI 48912, interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
