Current Services

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Interment will follow in Deepdale Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Ele’s Place in memory of Jim.   

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Messiah Lutheran Church in Holt, Michigan.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Messiah Lutheran Church, Holt, MI, or Meals-On-Wheels through the Tri-County Office Agency.

John’s celebration of life will take place on July 18, 2026 in Lansing, Michigan.
