A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 4pm to 5pm at the Country Club of Lansing, with a reception from 5pm to 7pm to follow.

Funeral service: Noon Friday, September 13, 2024, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, with interment to follow in Maple Ridge Cemetery. His family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-12 and 4-7 on Thursday, as well as one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Norte Youth Cycling based in Traverse City, Michigan, or Aurelius Road Baptist Church in Holt.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Steve Mattson at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 955 Alton Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823.  The family will receive friends at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. and again on Wednesday for one hour prior to the Mass.  Memorial contributions, in loving memory of Michael, may be made to Church of the Resurrection, 1505 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48912.

Memorial service: 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Independence Village (2530 Marfitt Rd., East Lansing)

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 218 W. Ottawa St., Lansing, MI., 48933. Those who wish may make memorial contributions, in memory of Gary, to Safe & Just Michigan, 119 Pere Marquette Dr., Suite 2A, Lansing, MI 48912.

Funeral Mass: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 12, 2024, at St. Mary Cathedral, Lansing. The Rite of Committal will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Lansing.

A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at Royal Scot Golf and Bowl on Saturday, October 12, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Greater Lansing.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society.
