Sue has lived in the Lansing area most of her life, graduating from J.W. Sexton High School, January class of 1961. She received a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. Sue began her advance planning counseling career with First Michigan Funeral Funding and has been affiliated with Estes-Leadley Funeral Homes since 1989 and was a recipient of the 2001 President’s Award for Counselor of the Year (North American Northern Region). Memberships and affiliations include: life member of Michigan State University Alumni; St. Gerard Church; certified volunteer for Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program (MMAP) with Tri-County for the Aging for 7 years; Dames of Delta; and volunteer for various activities at St. Gerard School and Catholic Central Board of Academic Boosters. She enjoys traveling, shopping, antiquing, interior design, theater and fine cuisine. She is also an avid Spartan football fan, supporter of the Ralph Young Fund and co-chairman of all her high school class reunions. Sue is widowed and has one daughter, Sheri.
Jennifer moved to Lansing in 1995 from the Flint area. After graduating from Lansing Community College she worked for the Lansing State Journal for 10 years; five of them as an obituary specialist. She has been with Estes-Leadley Funeral Homes since 2009. She currently resides in Morrice.

Deb was born in Carson City, a daughter of Merle and Jean (Baker) Troub. She grew up in Perrinton, Michigan, and has three sisters and two brothers. Deb attended Fulton Schools, graduating in 1971. She later attended Davenport University in Alma and Lansing, graduating in 1995 with an Associate Degree in Business. She has a daughter, Nanisa Jo. Deb enjoys quilting, camping, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She joined the Estes-Leadley family in September, 2008, and is enjoying her new career path.
