A memorial service will be held at a later date.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lansing, Stonleigh Residence.

Due to COVID-19, there will be a private inurnment with the immediate family at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lansing. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Capital Area Humane Society or Lansing Old Newsboys.

Due to the COVID virus there will be a private burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Capital Area Humane Society or to McLaren Hospice.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Capital Area Regional Office.

There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one’s own choice. 

Funeral service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Grace Bible Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Grand Ledge. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Bible Church.

Interment will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery, in Augusta, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lansing City Rescue Mission. 

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2020, at Deepdale Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Compassus Hospice.

There will be a graveside service held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Graveside service: 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Deepdale Memorial Gardens in Lansing. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Ingham County Medical Care Facility.

Private services have been held.

Private interment services to take place at Temple Beth Israel Cemetery in Jackson. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Temple Beth Israel, 801 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson, MI 49202. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.

74, of Lansing, passed away on August 16, 2020. The family will welcome guests to a celebration of Joyce’s life at a later date. More information to follow. 
In Lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions may be made in Joyce’s name to Mt Zion All Nations Bible Church, 10575 Krepps Rd, Dewitt, MI 48820. 

There will be a memorial picnic held Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Grand Woods Park, Lansing, beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Military Honors to take place at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Funeral Mass: 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at Church of the Resurrection, Lansing, MI. Visitation will be held in the church an hour before the service from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice House of Mid-Michigan or Church of the Resurrection.

Funeral Mass: 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Church of the Resurrection, Lansing. The family will receive friends and family beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing.

A memorial for Carroll will take place at a future time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Denton (Texas) Public Library or a public library of your choice.

Private interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, in Lansing, Michigan. Bryan’s family will welcome guests for a celebration of his life, at a later date, due to the COVID pandemic. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Central United Methodist Church in memory of Mrs. Bryan S. Halter, Bryan S. Halter, Jr., and Gwendolyn Halter Bodine, American Foundation for the Blind in memory of Bryan S. Halter, Jr., or the Glaucoma Foundation, in memory of Bryan S. Halter, Jr.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2020, at Trinity Lutheran Church, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.  His family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, or Susan G Komen.

Private interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Grand Ledge. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Capital Area Humane Society.
