A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Funeral service: 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at Grace United Methodist Church, Lansing. Interment will follow in Deepdale Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, December 10th at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel and beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. Memorial donations may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society or the United Methodist Women’s organization.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2018, at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Lansing.  Interment  will take place in Hillside Cemetery, at 2:30 p.m.  Her family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 until service time.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church.

Funeral service: 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing. His family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Graveside service: 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Delta Center Cemetery, 7301 W. St. Joe Hwy., Lansing, MI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mack to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 7, 2018 at Mt. Hope United Methodist Church, 501 E. Mt. Hope Ave. in Lansing.  Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the Church on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers we request donations to Shirley Ward’s beloved church, Mt. Hope United Methodist Church and/or her favorite charity, The Alzheimer’s Association.

A memorial service will be held at the church at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 05, 2018.  Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m.  Memorial contributions in Ed’s name may be made to Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 1315 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823.

Memorial service: 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at South Church of the Nazarene, 401 W. Holmes Rd., Lansing. Her family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to The Missionary Society c/o South Church of the Nazarene.

Visitation: 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. There will be no service. Memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice or the American Cancer Society.

Funeral service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, with interment to follow in Deepdale Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, November 30th.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Mid-Michigan Cat Rescue.

Funeral service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 29, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Entombment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Lansing. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the MSU Veterinary College of Medicine.

There will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Greater Lansing Area Meals on Wheels, through the Tri-County Office on Aging, 5303 S. Cedar St., Bldg. 1, Lansing, MI 48911-3800.

Funeral service: 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2018, at Holt Baptist Church. The family will receive friends for visitation at 12:00 p.m., before the funeral. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to Holt Baptist Church.

Celebration of life: 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2018, at Eden United Brethren in Christ Church, 1938 Eden Road, Mason, Michigan. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the church. If you wish, donations may be made to Eden United Brethren in Christ Church; Heartland Hospice; Green Acres Retirement Living; Alzheimer’s Association.

There will be no memorial service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Plymouth Congregational Church in memory of Betty Lou Hawkins.

Memorial service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 29, 2018, at Faith Bible Church, The family will receive visitors at church on Thursday, 10:00 a.m. until service time.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Funeral Mass: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at The Catholic Community of St. Jude, in DeWitt.  Rite of Christian Burial will take place in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the Church on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Go Fund Me account set up to help Steve’s family.

Funeral service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at noon at the Evergreen Cemetery (1709 E. Mt Hope Ave) in Lansing.

Funeral service: 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday for one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans.

Age 93 passed away in Lansing on November 20, 2018. He was born April 10, 1925 in Kalamazoo to the late William and Frieda (Groothuis) Burgering. The funeral for Earl Burgering will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Immanuel Community Reformed Church, 3200 Delta River Dr., Lansing, MI 48906. Visitation will be Saturday 9:30 a.m. until service time. Memorial donations may be made to Immanuel Community Reformed Church. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
