Obituaries

Interment will take place in Dundee, Michigan. 

There will be an interment ceremony with the immediate family at the First Presbyterian Church of Holt where she will be laid to rest with her husband Emmett in the columbarium in the garden courtyard. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer’s Association.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Deepdale Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel from 6-8 p.m. Friday, and from 10-12 Saturday.

There will be no public service.

Richard’s family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, on Wednesday, August 5th, from 6-8 p.m. Private interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 31, 2020, at Maple Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Charity of your choice.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2020, at Deepdale Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society, Eaton Community Palliative Care or the Alzheimer’s Association.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 24, 2020, at Shepherd of the Hills Evangelical Lutheran Church with interment to follow in Delta Center Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shepherd of the Hills Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund.

Liz’s family will receive friends for a memorial visitation at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that people make contributions to The Capital Area Humane Society, in her memory.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at Redeemer United Methodist Church in DeWitt. Visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Tuesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ducks Unlimited, the National Audubon Society, or to MSU Women’s Basketball c/o the Spartan Fund.

Please honor Donna by donating to a charity or organization of your choice in her name.  Due to Covid-19, a Celebration of Life in Michigan may be held at a later date.  Inurnment will occur in California.

A private family graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Give-a-Kid Projects, P.O. Box 576, Holt, MI 48842, in memory of Dave Kelly.

There will be a graveside service held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice House of Mid Michigan.

A private graveside service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing.

Per Major’s wishes, the family will have him cremated. There are no services planned at this time.

No service will be held. A private family burial will take place. Memorial contributions may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous or the American Cancer Society.

Age 73 of Lansing, passed away July 2. 2020 in Lansing. There will be no services.

A memorial service for Betty will be held at a later date.

Age 62 of Lansing passed away, June 29, 2020 in Lansing. There will be a private service held at later date.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Lansing.
