Funeral service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2024, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lansing. Interment will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday in Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI. His family will receive relatives and friends from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel and beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.

His family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday. His family will meet at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., where they will process to Maple Ridge Cemetery for a combined graveside service with military honors for him and his wife, Jacquelyn Howard.
