Roy Dale Schnepp

Of Holt, Michigan, born January 27, 1939 in Lansing, Michigan son of the late Buster and Gretchen Schnepp passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024 at the age of 85.

Surviving are his 4 sons, Mark (Jamie) Schnepp, Mike Schnepp, Marty (Leanne) Schnepp, and Matt (Jamie) Schnepp; 5 grandchildren, Shane (Jenna) Schnepp, Trevor Schnepp, Sam Schnepp, Ayla Schnepp, and Addie Schnepp, and his sister, Hope (Joe) Moran.

Roy was preceded in death by his brother, Stan Schnepp.

Per his wish cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.

So sorry to read of Roy’s passing. Roy was so nice to our family. He would visit our parents when he was in Florida. Even stopped by and watched them bowl. I loved his old car. What fun riding around in it. Our son’s wrestling together for Holt. Yes, lots of friendship.

I had alot of fun with Roy up north he was a great person and will be missed. I worked with him at the park and the meat shop.

We were saddened to hear about Uncle Roy’s passing. He was always very fun and kind to us. My grandfather, his brother, adored him. Roy and his brother had many stories to tell of their shenanigans. He was tough and strong willed even as he aged. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to Aunt Hope, all of his sons and grandchildren.
