Funeral service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2024, at Congregation Shaarey Zedek, East Lansing. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing. Donations should be made to the Greater Lansing Food Bank.

Funeral service: 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. His family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday and beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lansing Central Alcoholics Anonymous or The Capital Humane Society.

Huy’s family will receive guests at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel on Monday, June 24, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, June 25, from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Then on Wednesday, June 26, the family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 8:00 until 10:00 a.m. at which time the funeral procession will go past Huy’s home on its way to Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt for burial.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at St. Gerard Catholic Church. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday beginning at 12:30 p.m. until the Mass begins at 1:30 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.  Interment will be in Deepdale Memorial Gardens.  Her family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service.  Memorial contributions may be made to her family for her great-grandchildrens’ education. 

There will be a memorial service at the MSU Alumni Chapel on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 4 P.M.  Refreshments and light snacks following at Eagle Eye Banquet Center starting at 6 until 9 P.M.

Graveside service: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Holt. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Detroit Children’s Hospital of Michigan or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Private burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing. A Celebration of Life event will be announced at a later date. Memorial gifts may be made to the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay: Dr. Donald F. and Phyllis J. Harden Endowed Scholarship.

Funeral Mass: 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2024, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Lansing. The Rite of Committal will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Her family will receive relatives and friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the church.

Her family will receive friends at the Knight’s of Columbus Hall in St. Johns beginning at 8:00 a.m. Sunday, June 30, 2024. The funeral service will follow on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the hall, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. on Monday.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2024, at First Presbyterian Church of Holt, with interment to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.  Her family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Thursday, as well as one hour prior to the funeral service at the church on Friday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Holt.

Per Joe’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no service.

A celebration of Marilynn’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Buddies in Holt. If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to the Capital Area Humane Society.
