Funeral service: 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2025, at South Church, Lansing. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive relatives and friends beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday at the church.

A memorial service will be held at University Lutheran Church, East Lansing on May 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be at Romeo Cemetery later. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (https://umcmission.org/give-to-umcor/) in memory of Victor Dotson. 

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, with interment to follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society or the Ingham County Animal Shelter.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.  Her family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Lupus Foundation.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 10, 2025, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Lansing, with interment to follow in Delta Center Cemetery.  His family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, or Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. 

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1701 E. Saginaw St., Lansing, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, with the Trisagion service at 10:30 a.m.

Per Caryl’s wishes, there will be no service.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, with the Rite of Committal to follow in Mt. Rest Cemetery in St. Johns.  Her family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Dennise Buffington, to be distributed between Betty’s assisted living caregivers and her church.

Visitation: Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel on Friday, Feb. 7 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with the Rosary prayed at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian burial: Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, East Lansing. The family will meet visitors one half hour before mass. A private family burial will take place at a later date.

Per his wish cremation will take place.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 1st, from 1:00 until service starts at 2:00 p.m.

The Funeral Mass for Karen will be celebrated 12:00 p.m., Thursday, February 6, 2025 at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 955 Alton Rd., East Lansing, MI, 48823. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the Mass at the church on Thursday. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made the Hazel and Karen Kiser Endowed Scholarship Fund for Returning Adult Students at MSU, or Cure CMD.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 3, 2025, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, where his family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Private interment will take place after a luncheon at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, or Capital Region Community Foundation in memory of George Nugent.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home for 1 hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Funeral service: 12:00 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, with 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. visitation. Reception to follow at Edmunds on Michigan Ave. Private burial at Oakwood Cemetery in Saginaw.

Michael’s family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel from 4:00 until 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025. The funeral service will be on Thursday, at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Private interment will take place in Deepdale Memorial Gardens in Lansing.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

A service will be held at a later date in Ottawa, Illinois (details forthcoming). In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the nonprofit organization **4suz** (https://4suz.com/), which supports aspiring nurses-a cause close to Jennifer’s heart due to the inspiration she drew from her daughter-in-law Olivia’s work as a Nurse Practitioner.
