Due to the pandemic, no service is planned at present; a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

There will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous.

The funeral will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Mount Hope Church, 202 S. Creyts Rd., Lansing MI 48917. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of: Julie Flores, 1907 Kahres Rd., Holt, MI 48842, envelopes will be available at the church. Contributions may also be made to a GoFundMe page, set up by the family.

A memorial service will be held for the immediate family at Pennway Church of God, which can be viewed through live stream at pennway.online.church, on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pennway Church or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

A private service will be held.

A mass and graveside service will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Care Team Hospice, 5401 Gateway Center, Suite D, Flint, MI 48507. Please put Peter Shearer in the notation line of the check.

Due to the current virus situation, no service is planned.

Due to COVID a memorial service is not yet scheduled.

The funeral service will be private.  Her family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 10, 2021.  Memorial contributions may be made to Holt United Methodist Church

The family is being served by Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, where a link to a recorded memorial service has been shared shared to remember Vergil.

There will be no public service. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.

In keeping with her wishes there will not be a funeral service at this time. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.

A public visitation will be held from 12:00 – 1:45 p.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021, at Pennway Church of God, Lansing. A private in-person funeral service will be held for the family, but friends are invited to view the service via livestream from Pennway. The livestream will go out at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made in her honor to Pregnancy Services of Eaton County, previously known as A New Beginning Pregnancy Center in Charlotte.

Memorial contributions, in memory of Ronald, may be made to the R. J. Scheffel Memorial Toy Project or to the Greater Lansing Food Bank.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 15, 2021, at St. Andrew Orthodox Catholic Church, with interment to follow at 1:00 p.m. in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Memorial contributions may be made to Meals of Hope.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2021, at St. Gerard Catholic Church, Lansing. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Ele’s Place.

The family will greet visitors on Saturday, Jan 9, 2021, from 12 – 3 p.m., at Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy can be sent to the Friendship Program at River Terrace Church, 1509 River Terrace Dr, East Lansing, MI 48823.
