Her family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Age 80, passed away December 8, 2022. He was born May 24, 1942, in Anderson, Indiana, to Russell and Catherine Hershberger. Richard retired from the State of Michigan. He will be buried next to his wife, in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan.
Visitation will be from 12-3 and 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. If anyone wishes to share memories of Michele, they may do so from 2:30-3:00 p.m. (during the first visitation). Memorial donations may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society or Susan G. Komen (Breast Cancer Foundation).
