May 3, 2017 at 9:07 amI was saddened to see that your Dad passed away. Having lost my Mother about a month ago I know how it feels. Sometimes just knowing that others care and remember can make a big difference. I will be away on Sunday but wanted you all to know our thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always remember your folks and especially Steve who was my best friend starting back in the old neighborhood. Your Dad got me started playing softball, despite my parents overprotective nature, and I always remembered that opportunity. I know I’m rambling a bit but this is a tough chapter to close. Love ya all.

May 4, 2017 at 9:06 amEven at this time of sorrow for all who knew Bill, we must say he still brings a smile to us. He was a great person. We met Bill & Myrna while hosting Lansing Lugnut players. They both opened their hearts and home to so many young men. Bill touched so many lives in so many ways. He will be missed by all who knew him.
