Virginia L. Probst
Age 93, of Lansing, MI, passed away September 4, 2018. She was born March 7, 1925, in St. Johns, MI, to the late Earl and Naomi Peck.
Virginia was a member of Delta Presbyterian Church and worked for Capitol Business Services in Lansing. She thoroughly enjoyed her neighborhood bridge club.
She is survived by her children, Reggie (Rebecca) Probst and Trudie (Joseph) Frick; 5 grandchildren, Matthew (Hannalori) Frick, Julie Frick, David (Haley Sample) Frick, Karen (Trevor) Probst-Alger, and Christine Probst; 4 great-grandchildren, Iona and Martin Frick, Griffin Frick, and Lillian Alger; and brother, Larry (Joanne) Peck. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Red” Probst; sister, Betty (Marv) Creaser; and brother, Raymond (Hilda) Peck.
A graveside burial of ashes will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Mount Rest Cemetery in St. Johns, MI.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
