Victoria R. (Evanoff) VerPlanck
Age 67, passed away November 19, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. Vicky was born January 26, 1949, in Lansing, to Carl and Luba Evanoff. She was a member of St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church in Fort Wayne, IN.
Vicky is survived by: her husband, Alan VerPlanck; Anna, Zoe and Carl (Nicola) VerPlanck; sister, Yvonne Evanoff-Joseph; brother, Carl (Juleen) Evanoff, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother-in-law, Larry Joseph.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Church, 3535 Crescent Ave., in Fort Wayne. Her family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, where a Trisagion Service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
Interment will take place on Saturday, November 26, 2016, at Evergreen Cemetery in Lansing, Michigan. The procession will depart at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1701 E. Saginaw St., Lansing.
