Vicki was the best Mom you could ever have!
She took care of NOT only her kids (which she loved very much) but the neighborhood kids as well.
Her kind heart never left ANYONE out!
She would squeeze as many as should could in a car just to make it to the park and not leave anyone out.
She not only tried to spoil her children she
extended to the neighborhood.
Forever a liberal! Vicki was a champion for the downtrodden.
we will miss her and not only her kind nature but her kind heart.
They dont make them like Vicki anymore and that’s a real shame

I’m sitting here remembering you as the strong willed woman you were flamboyant to a fault but dedicated to the people who mattered the most . That would be Jim, Ray, Miles and Brook. We had long talks about her life and about her worries, so what I want you to know is you are your moms legacy to the world. You are the one thing she got right on the first try. She was worried of how you would handle your grief, but proud she had created such amazing sons. So remember her in your own way be thankful for the time you had with her, but remember as long as you keep her in your heart she’ll never be gone. She’ll be with you forever. Be strong.

A beautiful soul. Imagining you at peace in a magical place. Maybe talking to purple dragons. Still going to draw one. A women with an understanding of the way you should treat others. She also took me in when I needed a place to stay and sat at the hospital with me when I needed help. You will be missed crazy lady – until we meet again. I pray for you and yours strength, guidance and peace. You are forever in my heart.

When I was in High School. I didn’t have a costume for Halloween. I don’t recall why I was at Ray’s house but Vicki took the time to paint my face with an American Flag. it was way cool and I have always remembered that. Vicki was the coolest Mom on the planet. Thank you Ray, Jim, Miles and Brook for sharing her with all of us.

Dear Mom. I love you, and I will miss you. You helped a lot of people, and many of my friends. I always remember that you would see a person that was in need. And you would not hesitate to help or give what you had. You touched so many life’s with your love and generosity. You took in children that had broken homes and gave them a warm bed. Clean clothes, and a hot meal. You would only ask them to please complete school. And stay out of trouble.
You raised 4 boys. And all of us love you so much.
You supported all of us. You gave us all a chance to be strong men. With a passion for life. And a strong will to endure the hardest challenges in life.
I love you mom, your my light. My strength.
You give me the will to live. And the passion to enjoy the life I’ve made for my self. Always in our hearts and always on our minds. Love you forever!

I was a friend to Vicki in high school. I lost tract of her as life got in the way. She was a crazy and beautiful soul. We hung out a lot during our senior year. I thought of her many times since our graduation. I was sad to hear of her death. She was a very special person. My thoughts and prayers are with her family, especially her sons at his very sad time in your lives.

I remember when we first met I thought… I’ve got four legs but, I might need more than that to keep up with this chick. Five minutes with you is like the great American novel flipped upside down you have always inspired me to express my true self, loudly, softly and insanely. The beer glass is empty… Time for scotch. Cheers to my working class hero . Love you dear friend, chalice
