December 21, 2021 at 4:21 pmDear Cindy, we have never met but I feel that I know you through Tod. He did work for us at our house and talked of you, especially your fall down the stairs. He will be greatly missed and my heart aches for you. May you find comfort in your memories of him

December 22, 2021 at 7:54 amOur hearts are completely broken. Tod was an extremely talented builder, designing and completing many projects for us over many years, beginning with the construction of our home. We enjoyed a more than 40 year friendship. We will miss his drop-in lunch visits, his witty, quick come-backs, his often stubborn stances on certain conversation topics, but mostly, we will miss his kind heart and willingness to help out whenever asked. Our sincerest sympathies go out to Cindy, Courtney, Randle and David, as well as extended family. God Speed Tod, until we meet again.

December 26, 2021 at 10:04 amMy thoughts and prayers are with you. As a long time cottage neighbor I came to know Tod well. His love for his family, his dogs, music, watching the sun rise and sun set, helping other people, cheering others when they most needed it, calming fears of those that were worried, and the list goes on……He will be missed. I’m still in shock as I am sure many are. My heart goes out to you.

January 12, 2022 at 3:06 pmI bought the property next to Tod’s house on Walker Rd in 2014. We would always chat when I was over at the property and Tod was outside working. Always supportive of what I was doing, and a very nice man. We definitely shared the same love for our pet dogs, and my mini Aussie-Sheltie Pepper just loved to go over to Tod’s house and see what everyone was doing! I am so saddened to hear of Tod’s passing. Prayers and sympathies to his family and friends. Rest in peace Tod.
