Tom passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017, at Sparrow Hospital following a short illness. He was born in Jackson, MI. Beloved son of the late Leon and Doris Dombrowski; he is survived by his brother Donald (Karen) Dombrowski of Otsego, MI.

The many Caregivers that have tended him through his life knew his playful nature, and understood his unique ways of communicating. For the past several years he was part of the family at Sherwood Home in East Lansing. Their loving care and attention to his special needs was a blessing for which we are forever grateful.

His family will receive friends from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. Private inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to a charitable institution of your choice.
