Thelma O. Nourse

Holt, MI

Born July 23, 1928, and passed away January 9, 2018, at the age of 89. Thelma was one of nine children born to O.C. and Ouida Norris, all of whom have preceded Thelma in death. She was raised in Edmore, Michigan and moved to Lansing in her teenage years, where she graduated from Sexton High School.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 70 years, Wallace, daughter Carole Stephenson and son Donald (Tracy) Nourse, three grandchildren Tony (Stacy) Lundy, Amy (Steve) Casciotti and Julie (Chris) Myers, six great-grandchildren, Jade, Caden, Emerson, Noah, Quinn and Samantha and many beloved friends, especially Debra Buffington and Diane Folleth. Her light and laugher will be sorely missed.

As a dedicated member of First Presbyterian Church of Holt, there will be a Memorial Service officiated by Rev. Kirk Miller, at the Church at 11am Saturday, January 20, 2018. The family will hold a visitation at the church beginning at 10am, with a reception to follow the service.
