September 27, 2021 at 1:07 amMy Nana was a light in my life, a beacon of hope, a teacher and mentor, and most of all my dearest friend. Tharsilla taught me how to be the person I am today, and now, in respect of her and her wishes, I will continue to be as kind and hard-working as she always has. Even if the positivity that she eminated was sometimes thankless, she truly always remained positive and saw the light in every bad situation. She is watching over me, and instead of being depressed and sad about this loss, I know she would want me to be strong and smile. Instead of mourning, I will celebrate that she was on this earth to teach me the skills that I needed in the 18 years I had with her. I love Tharsilla and the rest of my family, and will continue to watch over them and keep them safe for her until the day that I am put to rest. I love you all, and we WILL get through this together.
