Steven Lewis Mastin

Age 68, of Mason, MI, passed away May 22, 2017. He was born December 19, 1948, to Richard and Jean Mastin and was preceded in death by his father and special niece, Jenn Martin.

Steve was a 1967 graduate of Holt High School and retired from Lansing Lumber. He loved his dog, Oakley, spending time at his hunting cabin in the Upper Peninsula, and playing cards and golf.

Steve is survived by his mother; sister, Sue (Steve) Martin; and brother, Randy (Barb) Mastin. Steve was a special uncle to Dan Martin, Brenda (Kevin) Burtovoy, Lynn (Nate) Dixon, Kellie (Jeremy) Doerr, Beth (Tyler) Holtz, and Laura (Peter) Piper, in addition to 14 great-nieces and nephews and 1 great-great-niece. He is also survived by his good friend, Stacy Springer.

The family would like to thank the staff at McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital for the care they provided Steve during his final weeks.
