Age 59, passed away July 16, 2025. He was born March 16, 1966, in Lansing, Michigan, to Larry and Sharon Russell.
There will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter in memory of Steven.
Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel
