My dear friend:
I will remember you as a brilliant photographer and researcher of insects and dragonflies. I will remember you as a crack chess player. I will remember you as your father’s best friend and the adventures the two of you shared. I will remember you as a trusted friend to generations of Scottish Terriers. I will imagine you and your cousin at the Gardens exploring. Finally I will remember our phone calls where we discussed the Times, Football games and each Scottie we’d ever loved. Rest well sir,

Thanks my friend
My visits and conversations with you will be remembered with joy. You fishing with your father and sharing your hobby of taking photos of butterfly’s and flowers. Also of the little Triumph car you bought when you were young. Your library of history books in your basement was amazing along with the models of old planes you made. I liked listening to you as you were also a great listener.
Thank you friend and rest in peace

We miss you terribly Stan. You opened up your experiences with us. You became Gary’s chess buddy and his rock during his cancer treatment. You became my buddy in raising backyard chickens and keeping track of all our neighborhood birds, even the spotting of our white squirrel. We took great joy in sharing our daily life with each other. You became our adopted Dad, our friend, our grandpa to Ethan and teaching him about world history. Tavish became our buddy during all of our visits. So much we shared together. Thank you for loving us as we definitely love you.
