March 5, 2017 at 8:55 amShawn was one of the friendliest people at the Lansing Clippers sewing guild. I loved her sense of humor, intellegence, and dedication. Not only that, but she could quilt and do clothing sewing with the experts. I was even abe to give her a flu shoot at Krogers when I worked in the Lansing area. I’m sorry for you loss. I’ll miss her too. But I’m proud and grateful to have known this wonderful woman.

March 6, 2017 at 8:52 pmMy heartfelt condolences goes to Shawns family. Please know that she was so kind to me when I joined our quilters guild, a group that is sometimes difficult to get to know, except for Shawn. When I lose someone who I look up to I ask myself what did that person teach me. Shawn taught me compassion. I will miss her.
