Sharon N. Dodge

Age 82, passed away on April 28, 2018.  She was born March 22, 1936, in Clare, MI to Raymond and Cecile Reed.  Sharon retired from the State of Michigan, after 25 years of service.  She was a dedicated wife, mother and friend.

She is survived by her children Spring (Alan) Kroll, Sara (Cris) Morrison and Colette (Bud) Schartzer; grandchildren Cameron Dodge–White, Hope Kroll, Bradley (Lisa) Morrison, Stacie (Malcolm) Forbes, and Meg Schartzer; brother, Brent Reed and nephew, Dean Dodge. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Calvin; her parents; brother, Darwin Reed and a grandson, Raymond Dodge-White.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church or Hospice of Lansing Stoneleigh Residence.
