Shari Janis Wilson
Haslett, Michigan
Born October 20, 1954 in Saginaw, Michigan daughter of Richard and Constance (Jennings) Leseney, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the age of 70.
Shari graduated from St. John’s High School and received an Associate’s Degree from LCC. She worked as a Systems Analyst for Unisys and as a quality assurance team leader for the Michigan Supreme Court. Shari was a member of Congregation Shaarey Zedek in East Lansing.
Surviving are her 4 children, James Wilson, Nathanael Wilson, Isaac Wilson-Eaton, and Alicia Wilson-Eaton; seven grandchildren, James, Dylan, Alex, Sierra, Dominic, Keegan, and Kennedy; mother, Constance Leseney; two sisters, Renee Sheeren and Lori Richmond along with many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
Shari was preceded in death by her father; her first husband, Richard Wilson, and her second husband, Wesley Eaton, and her daughter, Rebecca
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Congregation Shaarey Zedek with Rabbi Amy Bigman officiating.
Private family burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Lansing.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions, in loving memory of Shari, to Congregation Shaarey Zedek.
