A truer friend you will never find then Royalyn!
She would lift you up, give thoughtful advice, laugh at the really silly things and was whole heartedly committed to our Jewish community.
We were stronger with her by our side, now we will always carry her in our heart.

I knew Royalyn through Sisterhood and Women of Reform Judaism. She was always a kind, caring and perceptive leader. She mentored and she listened. When she spoke, she had something to share. Her spirit was gentle, her soul was kind. She will be missed.

We have known Royalyn for around fifty years. Royalyn was a pleasure to be with. She was so nice. We would go out to dinner with her and Jim (her late husband) a few times a month. We were very close couples.
We were very happy when Royalyn met Larry. He is a great guy. We are going to miss her
very much.

Larry, you are in my thoughts and I am so sorry for your loss. You and Royalyn were some of the first people I met when I brought my family back to Michigan at the end of 1999 and joined Shaarey Zedek. The work that the two of you achieved on behalf of interfaith relations was admirable, necessary, beautiful and exemplary for generations to come. Royalyn’s contributions to Sisterhood and the entire community will never be forgotten. May her memory always be a blessing.

Larry, I was looking through my old calender and came upon Royalyn’s name. I wondered about her and seen that she past! I feel like I was very fortunate to know the both of you and pray for you and your family. She is now pain free and now a beautiful angel.
