Rosalee A. “Rosie” Doerr
Age 86 passed away August 20, 2025. She was born May 16, 1939 to the late Howard and Clarissa Zimmerman.
Rosie was a cook who loved to cook, she loved to cook for her family and as a cook at the Flap Jack Shack. She also loved listening to country music, and watching the Grand Ole Opry.
Rosie is survived by her children: Wesley (Sandra McPherson) Doerr, Debra (Rick) Vance, Michael Doerr, Martin Doerr, and Walter (Kim) Doerr, Jr.; 11 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Doerr in 2022.
The funeral service for Rosie will be 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, 2121 Cedar St, Holt, MI 48842, interment will follow in Deepdale Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday for one hour prior to the funeral.
