Ronald Raymond

Born December 8, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the age of 79.

Ronald was a graduate of Loretto High School in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.  He retired from the U.S. Army following 22 years of proud service, which included tours in Vietnam.  Following his retirement from the Army, Ron went on to become a Supervisor of Security for General Motors.  He enjoyed bowling and drinking Pepsi.

Survivors include his aunt, Rosemarie Raymond; cousins, Angie Bucklew, Diane (Neil) Watkins, Cindy Raymond, Lyle Raymond, Wayne Raymond, Cay (Jim) Warner, Roger (Renea) Raymond, Julie (Sue) Raymond, Carole (Allan) Morrison, and Randi (Steve) Pratt, along with numerous other extended family members.

Ronald was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Raymond; uncles, Keith and Wayne Raymond, and his aunt, Eunice Wheat.

A prayer service for Ronald will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, 2121 N. Cedar St. in Holt.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday for 1 hour prior to the prayer service.
