Ronald R. Raulin

At age 91, Ronald Robert Raulin, of Lansing, Michigan, peacefully departed the confines of his earthly existence on Sunday, 12 February 2023.  He spent his final days in the company of family, sharing stories, looking at various photos, listening to music, and tasting some of his favorite foods.

Ron loved talking with people, whether he knew them or not. He would go out of his way to have an engaging conversation with you, and by the time you were done you felt like family to him.

He was preceded in death by: Deanna Raulin (wife), Cheryl Hicks (daughter), Janice Shaffer (sister), and Greg Raulin (brother).

He is survived by: son John (Cheryl) Raulin, grandchildren Jim (Laura) Hicks, Allison (Drew) Downer, David (Rachael) Hicks, Michael Hicks, Samantha Raulin, Shane Raulin, and Chona (Jason) Sales, and 14 great-grandchildren.

A private service will be held. Interment will take place in Maple Hill Cemetery, Cadillac, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels.

Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.
