Robert B. Zapolski
Age 72, passed away April 11, 2021. He was born July 16, 1948, in Saginaw, to Sylvester and Eleanore Zapolski. Bob graduated from Central Michigan University in 1971, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Education. He worked at Second National Bank of Saginaw before beginning his career with the Michigan State Police, working as a supervisor in Technical Services. Bob loved cooking, entertaining and needlework. He especially enjoyed cooking with his daughter Amanda and having adventures with his wife and family.
He is survived by: his wife of nearly 50 years, Maureen; daughter, Amanda; brother, William (Debra) Zapolski; sister-in-laws Mary MacConnell and Robyn (Jack) Young and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2021. The funeral service and burial will be private; however, the livestream is available through this link, https://view.oneroomstreaming.com/authorise.php?k=1619476935112518, at 11:00 Saturday, May 1, 2021.
