Raul Cedillo

Age 68, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away September 1, 2015. He was born February 21, 1947, in McAllen, Texas, to the late Bartolome and Natividad Cedillo.

Raul was a graduate of McAllen High School and went on to proudly serve in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Cristo Rey Church and retired after many years working for General Motors. He was also a huge Spartan fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Margarita; children, Cyndi (Allan) Davenport and Eduardo (Aidé) Cedillo; grandchildren, Brianna, Brielle and Alexis Davenport and Anahí and Eduardo Cedillo; and siblings, Rodolfo, Ricardo, Rosa, Elma, Elva, Juan, Jose, Cris and Orlando.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015, at Cristo Rey Church, 201 W. Miller Rd., Lansing. The Rite of Committal will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Raul’s family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Friday at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
