Phyllis A. Snodgrass
Beloved mother and grandmother, age 87, of Holt, MI, passed away July 11, 2020 in Lansing. She was born May 21, 1933 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late George and Wenona (Chapman) Bench.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 61 years John N. Snodgrass in 2015, and sisters: Edna, Wenona, and Georgetta.
She is survived by her children: Stephen (Bonnie) Snodgrass, Ginger Welles, and Richard (Jane) Snodgrass; grandchildren: William, David, and Sara (Andrew); and a great-grandson, Wesley.
There will be a graveside service held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice House of Mid-Michigan.

We are so glad to have known Phyllis for so many years. She was kind, considerate and a great babysitter to my grown kids. We will always keep our memories with her close to our heart. We are so sorry!

July 15, 2020 at 8:12 pmPhyllis was a member of our coffee group for the time she lived at Cricket Ridge. After she moved to Great Lakes homes she lived down the hall from another person I know. Ironically, through 6 degrees, I found out she went to school with Joyce Stockslager in Dayton. Joyce is the mother in law of a first cousin of mine. I ended up being a go between for a few years. So sorry to know Phyllis is gone, she was a delightful woman to converse with.
