Phyllis E. Lynch

Phyllis E. Lynch, 88, of Lansing, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015. She was born June 19, 1926, in Lansing, where she lived a majority of her life. She is a retired Michigan Bell Telephone switch board operator.

Surviving relatives include: her children, Daniel L. Hayes of Lansing, Michael V. Hayes of Lansing and Paul K. Hayes and his wife Sunny of Wichita Falls, TX (formerly of Mason MI); grandchildren, Kristy M. Powell (Hayes) and her husband, Corey Powell of Fairborn Ohio, Kyle L. Hayes and his wife Jenessa of Killeen TX, and Kevin Hayes of Lansing; and great-grandchildren, Dylan and Dustin Powell of Fairborn, Ohio and Gabriel Hayes of Killeen, Texas. She was preceded in death by:  daughter, Karen Lou (Hayes) Palmer; and grandson, Brandon Hayes.

Religious services will at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015, in the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, with interment to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
