Pearl Gloria (Vadnais) Corlett

Lansing, MI

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother born August 28, 1932, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2017, at the age of 85. Pearl was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Anna Vadnais, sister Dora, and brothers David (Sonny), Floyd (Buck) and Edward (Bud). She is survived by her husband, Bob, and her sons, Jim (Sue), Ed (Rita) and Steve.

She attended St. Mary High School, was a member of St. Mary and Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Churches in Lansing and worked for the State of Michigan Department of Transportation. Pearl was an avid fan of Michigan State football and basketball, enjoyed fishing and entertaining at the family cottage in Ontario, Canada, and loved spending time with family, especially her treasured grandchildren Scott, Andy, Chris, Brad, Dan and Libby and great-grandchildren Jackson and Max.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at St. Mary Cathedral, 219 Seymour Ave., Lansing, MI 48933. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m.
