Patricia Mary (Powers) Forbes

Age 90, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017.  She was born December 9, 1926, in Wacousta, MI, to Joseph and Hazel (Reardon) Powers.  She volunteered at McLaren Hospital for the last 25 years.

Surviving are:  her children, Vincent Forbes and Rhonda (Ronald) Fuhrman; grandchildren, Janet Forbes, Kimberly (Greg) Jayne, Sherri (John) Irwin, Jacquelyn (Robert) Unis, Ronni (William) Bishop, Randi Fuhrman, and Ryan Fuhrman; great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Heidi Herendeen, Ashley and Shelby Jayne, Joshua and Jacob Irwin, Reed and Smith Bishop; sisters, Veronica Blackburn, Suzanne VanOtteren; brothers, William Powers and Joseph Powers.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Forbes; sister, Dorothy Ewing; and brother, Leo Powers.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.  Her family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice in memory of Patricia Forbes.
