Patricia Ann Lebsack
Age 94 passed away December 8, 2023. She was born on October 15, 1929, in Saginaw, MI to the late Hubert and Mildred (Swackhamer) Schuette.
Patricia was born and raised in Saginaw, MI, moving to Lansing shortly after marrying the love of her life, Harold “Rusty” Lebsack. He preceded her in death after 59 years of marriage. She was a dedicated member of Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church for nearly 70 years. She loved spending time with family and friends. Pat was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed the family home on Glen Lake for over 50 years. Her and Rusty’s passion was for MSU athletics, most importantly, MSU hockey and football. Pat will be dearly missed by all who know her.
She is survived by her family Laura (David) Bates of Ithaca, MI, and Jennifer (Bill) Kurzynowski of Grand Ledge, MI; grandchildren, Jared (Katie) Bates, Bradley Kurzynowski and Bethany (Billy Ulle) Kurzynowski; sister, Sally Monk, sister-in-law Nan Schuette, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold “Rusty Lebsack, and brother Robert Schuette.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, 325 W. Washtenaw St., Lansing. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 549 E. Mt. Hope, Lansing, MI with The Reverend Matthew Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Pat’s family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to both the staff of The Willows in East Lansing and Hospice of Lansing.
