My Aunt Norma was full of life and so fun-loving. She seemed to be always laughing and of good cheer. Yet she was a hard-working woman who supported herself and seven children, my dear cousins. I am praying their hearts will be comforted at the thought that she is reunited with her loved ones and no longer in pain. With love, Carolyn

I will miss my Me-Maw, as she was known to me. I regret not being able to attend the funeral, but I am unable to travel from my current residence in North Carolina. I send my love and hope that my family understands the constraints of raising my 16 month old daughter, her great grand-daughter. I know she is in a better place and with the comfort of her family, alive and otherwise. I will always miss you.
