I met you 10 years ago and you not only were a great nail tech, you became such a good friend. We laughed and shared so much from our kids’ lives to new foods to try. You always made me smile and heaven truly did gain an angel. Prayers and love to your family.

I miss you every day, Di Nga. I think about Mia, Nick, and Duong Hung every day and know you are comforting them even if they can’t see you. I imagine you walking back and forth at the shop, a bounce in your step, singing my nickname “LaKay!” Or teasing me about the peeping my phone makes when I get a text message. Or that laugh of yours, I hear it all the time. I know this is only the beginning, there are still many hard days ahead but I know that even though I can’t see you, you’re going to be there, watching over us too and taking care of us. I hope you’re resting up there, you deserve it after everything you’ve done for those of us still on earth. Love you!!
