Melinda C. Enojado
Melinda C. Enojado passed away peacefully on July 6, 2019, in Lansing, Michigan, at the age of 76. Melinda was born on August 17, 1942, in Legazpi City, Philippines, to Solomon Adornado and Maria Luisa Carretas.
Melinda is survived by her children: Alden Enojado, Erwin Enojado, and Janice Enojado-Shank; her brother, Louie Carretas; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews whom has brought her joy.
There will be visitation at 4:00 p.m. and a memorial service held at 5:00 p.m. for all friends and family on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, 325 W. Washtenaw St., Lansing, MI 48933.

July 8, 2019 at 6:06 pmAuntie Nena always had a big smile and a terrific sense of humor. She sees the world in a positive manner, anything’s possible, and life is, however, you make it out to be. I remember her having great charismatic energy that was able to pull our families closer together. I recollect fondly, the last time I saw Auntie Nena was Aug 2017, when she visited us for a joint birthday celebration with my dad (her brother). She had a huge smile on her face carrying all of her grand nephews/nieces. Auntie Nena will be deeply missed.
