Jack,
I was deeply saddened to learn of Mary Lou’s passing and I would like to express to you my sincere sadness and sympathies to you and your family at this difficult time.

I worked with Mary Lou at MDOT, Reproduction Services. I worked in the office with Mary Lou when she was the secretary to Cathy Sanchez. When I started working at MDOT I was fresh out of High School. Mary Lou was an inspiration to my young soul and truly a joy to work with.

I remember every morning you would drop her off at Reproduction Services and then you go to your job in the Design Division.
I have fond memories of working with Mary Lou, they will always be cherished.

With Sincere Sympathy,

Wow!
Sometimes you don’t think about someone for a long time. And then sad news comes and smacks you right on the side of your head and you realize just how special and unique a certain person was. Mary Lou was one of those people. She had a personality and a quality to her that was pure. I cannot ever remember a time when she wasn’t smiling, happy or pumped up about something. She always made me feel like I counted. So very sorry for your loss.

Jack – I was so sorry to hear about Mary Lou’s passing. I remember spending time with the two of you at many Christmas parties or retirement luncheons at the Elk’s. It was so much fun back then seeing everyone having a good time. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Jack and family, I seem to have inherited my dad’s propensity for neglecting to keep contact with family and friends. This is certainly a terrible way to be reminded of that defect. Of dad’s extended family my mother (and my brother and I) always held you and your family in the highest regard and I have only the best memories of Mary Lou and of course sympathy for those of you who were close to her.
