Marjorie May Marshall

Born August 3, 1927 in Elwell, Michigan, daughter of the late Lyle and Theseal (Erskin) Welch passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at age 90.

Survivors include her three daughters, Christine (Wayne) Thurber, Sharlene (Robert) Slosar, and Cathie Marshall, DVM; two granddaughters, Renee (Larry) Lowrie and Ronda (Bill) Baibak along with three great-grandchildren, Halley Lowrie, Jacob Baibak, and Jessica Baibak.

Marjorie retired from MTD (formally International Harvester) in 1997 as a top salesperson in lawn and garden equipment. She graduated in her forties with a bachelor’s degree in business.  She loved to travel, going to Hong Kong, Hawaii, Alaska and other unique destinations.

Her family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, from 1-2 p.m. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing.
