Marilynn L. Smithers

Marilynn, age 80, of Lansing, MI, sadly passed away at her home on May 17, 2024. Loved and missed by daughter Kelley (Albert) Marr; granddaughter, Lia (Philip) George; grandson, Cameron (Morgan) Burnette; great-granddaughter, Noah; siblings, Diane Gormly and Ann (Wayne) Travell; and loving companion, Linda Kramer.

Marilynn was a member of Fellowship for Today and retired from the Secretary of State’s office. She enjoyed her flower garden, reading, bird watching, the ocean, and warm weather.

A celebration of Marilynn’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Buddies in Holt. If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to the Capital Area Humane Society.

Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.
