I first met Mack in 1972 when he was a fireman and good friend of Don Parks(my guy). We had lots of fun times over the years, especially after he met & married Marge. We both bought places on Blue Lake, I have many fond memories. RIP, Mack–I love you.

An honorable loyal man with the utmost character. I will always admire him for the things he did. Bob, Pat, Marge and MAC are all together again. Oh, how I would love to be at that reunion.

Mack was a close fried. We traveled with them many miles in our RV coaches. Stayed in touch years after retirement. Recently flew to Lansing in Sept for the firefighters banquet. Mack picked me up at the airport, and dropped me off. We always paled around every summer when I traveled to mich. Mack was a good kindhearted guy, always a smile, a great friend, and I will miss him Rest in peace.

I had the honor and pleasure to be your caregiver and “adopted daughter” for the 2 years and 2 months that I took care of you! You became a 2nd dad, trusted confidant, and very dear friend! You took me into your life as another daughter “forever”! I so enjoyed our little day trips. They were so much fun. I miss you everyday, and I miss talking to you on the phone! You will always be the “Young man, as I called you; I will always be the “old woman” as you called me. I’ll keep the birds fed, but I won’t watch Fox and Friends!! Much love, LuAnn “My” Gibbs

Mack was a special man and a rock for the family. I admired, respected and feared him as much as I did my own dad. It was so evident how much he loved Marge and their love is an inspiration to me even today. Now they can be together again. My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of this beautiful man.

The most loving, caring, intelligent man I’ve had the privilege of allowing into my life. I really enjoyed our conversation. You shared your wisdom with me. I am grateful for that. I enjoyed your humor especially when I finally figured it out. You loved unconditionally and always forgiving. I am blessed to have known and loved the best man ever. You will be missed and thought of often.

Mack & Marg were good friends, I first worked with Mack in 1958. After we retired we golfed, motor homed & took a trip to Hawaii with them. We have many fond memories of both.
Glad we were at the last F/M breakfast & had a chance to visit with Mack. RIP Mack.

I live in Grand Rapids and just attended the January 1948 class luncheon and was informed of Mack’s passing. We grew up together as I lived on Dakin St.We were very close friends along with Harold Kostoff, who has also passed. I am sorry I never met his family, but at last years reunion he spoke of them. I will miss him at our reunions. He was a very special person.
