Born April 18, 1942 in Olivet, Michigan daughter of the late Warren and Mildred (Smith) Ostrander passed away June 7, 2024 at the age of 82.

Surviving are her husband of almost 55 years, Antonio “Tony” Faggion; their four children, Lisa Susanne Thomas, Brigida A. Faggion, Antonio F. Faggion, and Nicholas P. Faggion; eight grandchildren, Christopher (Anna) Baker, Kyle (Jessica) Baker, Brandon McClure, Cloe Stevens, Brittni Ezor, Blake Ezor, Antonio Mario Faggion, and Samson Faggion; four great-grandchildren, Perrin Baker, Camilla Baker, Elayne Baker, and Brighton Ezor; brother, Barry Farhat; nephew, Barry Farhat; niece, Danielle Farhat along with great nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Sue was preceded in death by her birth mother, Alvina Farhat; and her grandparents, Collin and Christina Turcotte.

She was a graduate of Rodney B. Wilson High School in St. Johns and retired from the State of Michigan, Department of Treasury, following 38 years of employment.  Sue was a longtime member of both Church of the Resurrection and Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, both in Lansing.  She was a proud member of the Chippewa Tribe, Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation and loved to travel, especially to Hawaii.  She also was very good at and enjoyed trivia.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Fr. John A. Byers at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 3815 S. Cedar St., Lansing. The Rite of Committal will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Lansing. Her family will receive relatives and friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the church.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions, in memory of Sue, to the Ronald McDonald House.

Arrangements are by the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.
