LaVonne P. Anderson
Age 92, of Lansing, MI, passed away October 8, 2023. She was born March 25, 1931, in Grand Ledge, MI, to Raymond and Pearl Stone.
LaVonne volunteered at the Southside Community Kitchen and Christ United Methodist Church in Lansing. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her children, Debbie (Henry) Wagemaker and Michael (Gina) Anderson; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, O. Carroll Anderson; 2 brothers; 2 brothers-in-law; and 2 sisters-in-law.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. Interment will follow in Deepdale Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive relatives and friends from 4-7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southside Community Kitchen in Lansing.
