Thinking of you all. Remembering when we were children, one summer, so long ago! Our Mothers were kindred spirits! Even though they’re both gone, now, the memories are sweet!!
So grateful to have had the opportunity to know Kathleen as someone who loved unconditionally and faithfully remembered us in prayer, onto the Lord.
As you feel the loss of your Mother, Grandma, Auntie and friend, and tears flow, may you find strength, comfort for the days ahead.
Love with Care,
Dwight & Judy VanSickle

The Lambeth’s name was often mentioned in SE Kansas. I was glad she came to Independence convention one year with the Browns while I was still in KS. It sounds like she was a special, caring person and will be missed, though you couldn’t begrudge her getting to go on ahead.

Aww what a mixture of feelings. Wonderfully beautiful lady with such a good and faithful example for us to remember and try to be like. But will be missed so much. We are so thankful for your victorious finish. Much love to all, especially Barb n Don, and family.

When I heard of our friend,I thought of our hymn 81,verse3. Blessed footprints of my Saviour ,marking out a path of love, are to me a priceless treasure, leading to His home above. We have truly valued those that crossed our pathway due to the “Path” he trod. The Easterling’s are family to us in Polkville where that path begin for them. We loved your parents and treasure all the years we have known them.Kathleen was very dear to us and know our thoughts and prayers are with you all there today.

Harold & Kathleen’s home was a special place of refuge while attending Michigan State 1968-71. I will be forever grateful for the welcome extended there by them and all all their family. The memories from times spent there together linger large and bring heartfelt joy to this day. That home inspired a greater life goal than any university could have ever provided.

I remember as a young teen visiting your family with my brother, Ron McM., and your family visiting us in Kentucky. I was so in awe of your big loving family. We all marveled at your dad’s patience pulling all those girls’ suitcases from the luggage carrier. I’ve enjoyed getting to know Leslie and his family at the sign language meeting in Iowa. Your mom was a true mother in Israel. May we who remain carry on her legacy of hospitality and love.
