Karon Wood
Age 72, passed away May 9, 2020. She was born January 11, 1948, in Lansing, to William and Geraldine Byrne. Karon worked at the Wharton Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wood in 2018. She is survived by her son, William (Julianne) Wood, Jr.; daughter, Penny (Larry) Thorn; grandchildren, Taylor Thorn, Billie Thorn, and Drake Wood.
A private graveside service will be at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Holt.

She was my best friend as well as my sister. Rest in peace my sister, my best friend. I will love you always.
