Justin L. Ford
Cape Canaveral, FL
Justin Lee Ford, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather was born on July 21, 1933 and passed away on January 25, 2017. He is survived by his wife Janet Ford. Justin was preceded in death by his first wife Marie Ann Ford and they are both survived by two sons, Len Ford and Jeffery Alan Ford along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Justin was also preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Eleanor Ford and his sister Jeanette Dunbar. He is also survived by his brother Charles Ford; stepchildren Todd Ross, Brett Ross, Eric Ross and Tracey Ross and he will be missed by his friends, neighbors and others who enjoyed the pleasure of knowing him throughout his life.
Justin was the Director of the Information Resource Center for the Michigan Department of Education, honorably served in the United States Navy, and graduated from Lansing (Michigan) Eastern High School.
Justin “Jud” loved his life and brought joy to many people. During his lifetime he enjoyed being a member of the Elks Club, Moose Lodge, bowling, golfing, working out, boating, dining out and spending time with his wife and taking trips to see his family.
Justin Lee Ford’s life cannot possibly be adequately described in any form of a reductionist listing of vocations, interests, calendar dates and genealogy because he was so much more to those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Justin was a physically-strong man and was always growing and becoming more sensitive, gentle, loving and fully alive throughout his lifetime. He will be loved by us throughout eternity, just as we know that his love for us is eternal and infinite in nature.
Justin Lee Ford (the husband, dad, family member and friend) will never truly die because he will live forever inside us all as his life continues to make an impact throughout the world!

I can’t express my grief. You will be so missed and your laughter missed as well. I will see you later on when I greet my mom and grandmother as others as well.
Jan, Len & Jeff,
I am so sorry for your loss of your husband, and father. I know this is a difficult time, and my prayers are with you as well as my heart.
