Juan R. Sanchez, Sr.

Juan Rolando Sanchez Sr was born August 2nd 1970, in Alice, Tx to Anna Rios and Hilario Sanchez Jr. He was married to the love of his life Rosa Maria Hernandez of San Diego, Tx for 35 years.
Juan is survived by his mother Anna Rios. His Sisters Sonia Cervantes (spouse Anthony Lewis) and Angelica “Kica” Sanchez. His brothers Manuel Sanchez (spouse AJ Black) and Eloy Sanchez (spouse Heather Sanchez). His Wife Rosa Hernandez. His 5 children, Christina “Tina” Hernandez, Juan “Nito” Sanchez Jr, Santiago Pena (spouse Brittany), Jessie Ray Garcia (spouse Tayla), and Devontae Smith. His 9 grandchildren, Hilario “Role” Sanchez, Isabella Pena, Michael Pena, Avoney Peny, Santonio Pena, Amora Pena, Devontae “Littles” Smith, Mikko Smith, and Maci Garcia.
Juan also had numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to whom he loved with all his heart.
Juan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Juana Rios and Eduardo Rios. His paternal grandparents Hilario Sanchez Sr. and Elvira Sanchez. His father Hilario Sanchez Jr. His brother Eduardo Sanchez. And his uncles Reyes Sanches, Amado Sanchez, Yoyito Sanchez, and Joe Rios.
Juan was known for being a huge socialite, he was always the life of the party. All of Lansing will love and  remember the name Juan Rolando Sanchez Sr.

There will be a visitation held 1:00-4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel.

One of the things I love about God is that he loves his children unconditionally. You were a great example of that love to your family. I know that God loves you to unconditionally too. Love and blessings to you Juan, forever a brother.
